Stefanie Penn Spear is a resident of Chagrin Falls, a small business owner, mother of three and Founder and Executive Director of the soon-to-be launched 24/7 print and online news outlet about the environment, EcoWatch. I first learned about Stefanie after reading an excellent column she wrote that was published in both the Chagrin Valley Times and the Chagrin Solon Sun.
